I’ve Been There

I spent the first twenty years of my career helping businesses grow by streamlining and systemizing them, and turbo-charing them through automation.

The next 15 years were spent mastering psychology and coaching, to help executives and entrepreneurs get out of overwhelm and burnout, become better leaders, and create fulfilling work/life balances.

But I'll be honest: when it came to my own business I fell into the same traps! 

Why?  Two words: attachment and myopia.

My business was my baby.  It was something deeply personal to me that I nurtured and, just like a parent, it was hard to let go.

Secondly, because I was in the middle of it all it was hard for me to recognize when I was doing the same things I coach others to watch out for!

Why?  Because I was SO busy in the day-to-day of my business and my family (especially dealing with cancer issues with both my mom and myself), that I didn't recognize what was going on until I hit the wall myself.

And believe me: it's a LOT better to change course before hitting the wall.

Now I want to teach you everything I’ve learned over my thirty years in business, including an IPO, to help you let your business grow.
